Fitness in more than one way saved my life during a very difficult few years. I decided there was nothing I wanted to do more than be in a field where I could help others change their lives and achieve success through fitness.
Once I made that decision, I was all in. I have worked as a personal trainer and coach since 2007. I have worked hard building my business from 1 client to a competition team of athletes worldwide, a USA weightlifting team that has received titles for several international and world records, and many natural wellness clients.
One of my biggest accomplishments was opening my training facility with 24-hour access in 2016. I planned and saved for 10 years to make this happen and I am beyond grateful to see all the hard work pay off!
I teach my clients that NOTHING is impossible with hard work and the right mindset. My goals are always evolving and growing and I am so excited for all that is to come.

Stella takes a holistic approach to training, focusing on educating her clients about the interconnected roles of wellness, nutrition, and exercise.
She specializes in functional, hypertrophy, and rehabilitation-based training, strongly emphasizing form, technique, and balance. Her preferred training method combines strength exercises with cardio to build skeletal muscle mass while gradually reducing body fat percentage. Stella’s primary goal is to help clients achieve sustainable, long-term lifestyle changes tailored to each individual.
Stella’s journey began as a competitive gymnast for 16 years, where frequent injuries led her through extensive physical therapy and rehabilitation. During her recovery,
she coached gymnastics, which sparked her interest in the science of movement and injury prevention. Inspired by her experiences, she pursued a degree in Kinesiology & Health with aspirations for a career in the medical field. While studying, she gained valuable insights by shadowing rehabilitation clinics and exercise physiology labs. After graduation, Stella earned certifications in personal training and fitness nutrition, fully dedicating herself to a career in fitness—one she finds deeply rewarding

I have always had an interest in fitness. I’ve been competing for 3 years with team Jakt, which has changed my life! The sense of pride I get from pushing myself and achieving my personal goals is incredible. Through this team, I have also realized how much I love to see others achieve their goals. Helping to coach my teammates and give them that extra confidence when they step on stage is so rewarding. I love the opportunity to join the journey with our bikini girls.

Before meeting Coach Evie Rae and joining JAKTMuscle, I suffered from severe anxiety, depression, and asthma. I was out of shape, drinking, and living a sedentary lifestyle. Evie helped me with my physical goals and mental goals! I’m currently off of all medications and overall in better mental and physical health! With Coach Evie’s help, I’m preparing for my first Pro show! I enjoy teaching, and I love to help my teammates and people in the community with figure posing. I’ve made so many close friends and teammates through team JAKTMuscle! It was the best life decision ever!
